Anyone who uses internet vide...This is misleading.<br /><br />Anyone who uses internet video or high bandwidth will be affected. <br /><br />The sad thing is that this kneejerk reaction obscures a real problem. The FCC hasn't been able to implement net neutrality, and Obama is a limp rag at giving them the power they need to do so. As a result, telecom companies willl be monitoring and limiting communications.
