Another Mainstream Cartoon About Deaf .......

The Green Bay Press-Gazette newspaper of Green Bay, Wisconsin recently published the editoral cartoon by Joe Keller on the issue of deaf sex abuse scandal. Some questions arised how ignorant and inaccurate data the hearing cartoonist employed on his 'Deaf Sex Abuse Scandal" cartoon - http://blog.cagle.com/tag/abuse/

The given message was "None are so deaf as those who refuse to hear". The inaccurate data was 'Milwaukee School for the Deaf". Everyone knew that was the St. John School for the Deaf.

Worst of all, Joe Keller raised in Milkwaukee, WI and the "Dairy State" all his life. Will The Recent Court Case Affects the H.R. 3101 Bill?

The federal judge recently struck down the FCC's mandatory requirement for the ISP providers to offer the bandwidth services to other providers. The FCC tried to change the bandwidth network system to be really fair to everyone living in urban and rural areas and keep the major ISP companies from monopolizing the bandwidth access.

How will the recent federal court case affect the implementation of H.R. 3101 bill to require all the online video broadcasters to caption the video enclosures?

All reputable journalists and news jockeys and bloggers/vloggers ought to be really careful when comes to the apparent endorsements of "paid links".

What we should do about Jamie Berke's blog postings? Should Jamie Berke be suspended temporarily from posting anything on the DeafRead? Policy is policy.

Always enjoy reading Jamie Berke's blog postings, but always cringe after seeing the use of term -"deafness". When will Jamie Berke finally understand about the poisonous use of "deafness" inflict the societial attitude toward deaf people and reflect badly upon ourselves?

Many of us, DeafRead readers and viewers already knew about the extent of pathological intentions comes with the word use of "deafness". How would Jamie Berke feel about us apply "womanness", "blackness", "jewishness", "muslimness", "latinoness", "asianness"and other more? The Boys Scout of America and the Mormon Church via Latter Day of Saints (LDS) also shifted the blame on negligent parents for allowing their boys going with the scoutmaster (Mormon bishop himself)/ The LDS sponsored the BSA chapter which the church itself ought to take the full responsibility for what happened to the boy scouts.
