Cautionary Tales of Latest Health Implants, Ex. CI

There is the recent New York Times (NYT) article on the questionable health implants like the "inferior quality" artifical hip implants implanted in too many people unitl too late. Not many parents and deaf cochelar implantees realize that they have to pay out of their own pockets for the removal of cochlear implant device along with the cost of extensive surgery, too.

That ought to be the pretty cautionary tales for idealistic and clueless parents to normalize their deaf babies and youngsters with the cochlear implants.

The fine examples of parents' tendency to trust the authority figures in cloth like doctors and priests. Parents never raise the concerns about their children being around priests "wolf in the sheep's cloth". Doctors and audiologists are also wolves in sheeps' cloth, too.
