Common Sense Finally Prevails in NC

The latest developmental changes for the educational system of the deaf in the state of North Carolina finally enacted on formal terms, but parents were very unhappy about the major
changes for dormitory arrangements. Read an article.

Kinda perplexed or surprised why the Department of Public Instruction decided that the overnight accommodation within the longer commute time for students were no longer necessary for recuperation.
