"Deaf Declaration of Independence" - The Want, Will and Hopes of Deaf People

Shawn Elfrink, Deaf Activist from Missouri, enclosed the real brilliance of hers with the creation of "DEAF DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE -THE WANT, WILL AND HOPES OF DEAF PEOPLE". Let's look at her brainstorming for the uncompleted "DDI" text -

First of all, we the Deaf need something valid proof that looks like "the Deaf Declaration of Independence" with black and white paper to announce all over the internationally world. So we all the Deaf will be free from the oppression:

1. the costs of clinical devices
2. the costs of hearing therapy
3. the costs of speech therapy
4. the costs of high pricey health care insurance to cover the ci surgery even thou the Deaf babies do not need it under age of 18... See More
5. the costs of wasting orally education enrollment
6. etc...,...,....

we MUST MUST MUST have the "Deaf Declaration of Independence" black and white paper: The Want, Will and Hopes of Deaf People:

See Moreendowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Deaf, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Deaf education becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the Deaf People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Deaf education policy, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
