The latest sexual assault occurred at the MD School for the Deaf by male dormitory aide involved teenage girls.
How sad about any adult violate the child's body in that manner!! Why takes so long for the school authorities catch up with this sexual predator toward our precious deaf youth??
At least, someone came forward to report on the male dormitory aide's inappropriate behaviors toward students.
So the MD School for the Deaf ought to screen all school personnel more vigorously to ensure no further sexual assaults happen again to any student(s).
http://www.wjla.com/articles/2012/12/clarence-taylor-charged-with-sexual-abuse-at-maryland-school-for-the-deaf-82834.html
Hopefully, the male dorm residence aide will be brought to the justice if he is really guilty of doing to students. This blogger do not know whether this sexual predator is hearing or deaf himself.

Real Shocking About Some Audist Hollywood Stars!
From reading actor Robert Wagner's autobiography book this early morning. http://www.amazon.com/Pieces-My-Heart-Low-Price/dp/B005K5PP3C
You could find what Robert Wagner really look like - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Wagner Actor Robert Wagner was known as the first twinky star for teen girl audience.
To my own shocks about the legendary actress Bette Davis was overly prejudiced toward anyone, who could not hear. Robert Wagner was a well-known actor in handful of films and television series. Wagner wrote that actress Bette Davis blurted out "She could not hear!!" in reference to actress Lillian Gish during the filming of "Whales in August" 1980s film. Actress Bette Davis scoffed about why Lillian Gish bother to perform at her own age. Both actress were in their 80s. Gish was in her nearly 100 years old. Bette Davis' sayings could be find on the page 222 of Robert Wagner's autobiography book. Bette Davis was among the
Golden Age Hollywood's biggest and powerful movie stars.
Here is the information about actress Bette Davis - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bette_Davis Many deaf people actually enjoyed the performance of Bette Davis over decades.
Robert Wagner also wrote that he proudly being part of the John Tracy Clinic in his autobiography on page 323. Wagner was the husband of respectable actress Natitale Woods whom died under suspectible nature - water drowning from the yacht.
Many deaf television audience fondly remember Robert Wagner from the ABC-TV's "Hart to Hart" detective couple show with actress Stephanine Powers in the 1980s decade. The "Hart to Hart" tv show was among the first television shows to be closed captioned for the deaf audience after very popular tv show, "Dynasty" among the deaf communities on every Wednesday nights!
You, readers could see his name on the John Tracy Clinic board members - http://www.jtc.org/about-us/board-of-directors

Deaf character in "Resident Evil : Retribution" film
There will be the deaf character in the upcoming sci-fic/horror/zombie film, "Resident Evil - Restribution", the fifth film sequel to the 'Resident Evil" back to 2002.- Wiki info on the first film - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120804/
Very same child actress from another film, "Orphan" play the deaf character in "Resident Evil "Restribution". The child actress is Arayana Engineer. Hpw odd for this kind of surname - Engineer. You probably remember the cute blond deaf girl primarly use sign language in "Orphan" thriller film. That is her! The child actress is really partially deaf herself, not profoundly deaf as widely believed at the beginning.
"Orphan" 2009 film trailer - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgxVIB2WuHU

Image of Arayana's character from "Orphan" film - http://www.zuguide.com/images/20462/20462.6.219.138.jpg from Arayanna Engineer's own website.
Arayanna Engineer was discovered by the agent when she signed with her real-life mother. Her life was completely changed as a superb perfomer in the 2009 film, "Orphan". Arayanna have many fans and admirers of her film performance in "Orphan". Many people considered Arayanna to be one of the best
performer in "Oprhan" to the rest of film cast.
http://aryana-engineer.com/aryana.php
So the deaf character in 'Resident Evil - Retribution" will be not the signing one which the Wiki Encyclopedia incorrectly stated for this film. The deaf character in film trailer was seen by speaking orally "Do not go into this room!" as what the Wiki claimed. The deaf character and leading character known as "Alice", the anti heroine fought against the evils of corporatism and genetic engineering went astray led to the breeding of flesh-eating zombies. The relationship between the deaf child and Alice will be much like "Ripley and Newt" from "Aliens", the second film sequel to the 1979's "Alien" film. The name of deaf character is Becky.
You could see Becky a.k.a. Arayanna Engineer signed ASL in the official film trailer -

I was the FIRST to expose Tom Bertling as Lexie Cannes/Courtney O' Donnell Pretty Long Time Ago!
I, Robert L. Mason, was the F I R S T deaf person to expose Tom Bertling as "Lexie Cannes" and "Courtney O' Donnell pretty long time ago like last Fall 2011. I left the urgent message on Ella Mae Lentz's Facebook (FB) Wall to warn her that Lexie Cannes/Courtney O' Donnell was really Tom Bertling, the destructor of Deaf Language/Community and other things. That was the phase when Lexie Cannes/Courtney O' Donnell.promoted hir own film release.
Trudy Suggs also inquired on my Facebook Wall how can I be sure about Tom Bertling being Lexie Cannes and Courtney O' Donnell.
How DID I find out about Tom Bertling being Lexie Cannes/Courtney O' Donnell thru his film publicity release, ex. "pretended interview by someone notable journalist, ex. Courtney O Donnell??? I noticed the similar facial resemble via face shape and hir own writing styles.
http://www.lexiecannes.com/
I regretfully not write out the blog in the first place which I would look up past blog postings to back up my own claim.
Well, Ricky Taylor a.k.a Ridor9th was very stupid to chew out Tom Bertling a.k.a Lexie Cannes/Courtney O' Donnell on Deaf Queers and Allies. I kept my cool by not being confrontational to Lexie Cannes/ Courtney O' Donnell. Just used the common sense!

Why Can't ASD Save the Building Facade???
Many places across USA in name of historic preservation usually keep the historic building facades without totally demolishing the whole building(s) itself.
For example, the facades of row houses are structurally preserved for the way of new George Washington University mini-shopping mall in the 1980s to keep the 1800s row house building
facades.
Look at numerous photos to get some ideas :
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/5/5f/2000Penn.jpg/800px-2000Penn.jpg

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2000_Pennsylvania_Avenue
http://www.flickr.com/photos/mikaiya/2431746871/in/photostream/
The American School for the Deaf (ASD) alumni should opt for the reasonable compromise for saving the building facade of Gallaudet Hall and let the whole building demolish for the new building
addition against the facade.
http://www.change.org/petitions/asd-board-of-directors-and-the-asd-alumni-association-please-help-save-gallaudet-hall-at-asd-american-school-for-the-deaf?utm_campaign=autopublish&utm_medium=facebook&utm_source=share_petition&utm_term=10805929
Hopefully for the alumni of American School for the Deaf will ask for the second or third opinon about preserving the building facade of Gallaudet Hall to let the new building to accompany the needs of 21th century students and still keep the historical memory of this historic building.

Mark Gobble, Former Texas School for the Deaf Principal DIED
Mark Gobble, the former Texas School for the Deaf principal and current associate professor at Boston University (MA) tragically died at very young age (30s). Gobble got struck by car in "hit & run" manner while he jogged. The police were looking for the suspect so far.
Actual info from Kerri Ann Johnson with more details about the last moments of Mark Gobble via Facebook comment posting - Kerri Ann Jansson : The gist of it is that he was struck down by a car, a neighbor who happened to be a doctor saw it, and tried to save Mark's life performing CPR. Mark was then taken to the hospital where he died.
If any of you do not really know who Mark Gobble is. You either could do look up Mark Gobble on Facebook search (type Mark Gobble). Okay?
More information on Mark Gobble's professional accomplishments (click on CV) and other related information. Please check out his own website - http://markgobble.com/
Mark Gobble just got the postiton as an associate professor at Boston University last May 2nd. How tragic! His speciality was educational psychology which Gobble often gave professional lectures on the issue of Deaf Education.

Deaf and Zombies
We, Deaf America seems reading more and more about so-called zombie attacks upon Americans. The mainstream media coined "zombie attacks" in form of cannabilistic-like behavior within the latest newsreportings from the infamous Miami facial chew-up to the recent confession by the college student with top G.P.A, ate the brain of his own victim.
The prominent Gallaudet alumni, Cadwallader Washburn once dealt with cannibals somewhere on the remote island while he traveled overseas. He regularly etched stuff during his globe-trotting travels. Washburn ended up on the unknown island and got the royal treatment from native islanders. At first, Washburn was not realized that he was being fattened up by the cannibals. He taught the cannibals handful of sign language, too.
Washburn finally remembered that he read books about some cannibals living somewhere on the island. He had to sneak off at night and escaped from the island. Washburn wrote in his journal about such adventure. Washburn also purposely starved himself from being eaten by cannibals until he found the right moment to escape from the island with cannibals.

Great biographical stuff on Washburn by the Minnesota Association of the Deaf newsletter -
Cadwallader Lincoln Washburn– Painter, United States
Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and died in South Livermore, California (October 31, 1866 – December 21, 1965). Washburn became deaf at age 5 in 1871 from scarlet fever and spinal meningitis. His father, William Drew Washburn, was a U.S. Senator, and his family was wealthy with interests in timber, railways and mills(including the Gold Medal flour mills). He attended theMinnesota State Academy for the Deaf and then enteredGallaudet College in 1884. He also enjoyed studying insects, and in drawing illustrations he discovered an interest in art. After graduation he studied architecture at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology but then moved to New York to study art. One of his teachers,William Chase, brought him to Europe to study with the artist Joaquin Sorolla in Spain. He met Pablo Picasso in Paris. In Venice he experimented with and eventually became a master of drypoint etching, producing almost 1,000 etchings during his career. He also had exciting adventures. While in Mexico for his health, he was asked by the Chicago Daily News to interview Francisco Madero, the Mexican president, and was the only reporter to get in to interview him (using written Spanish) before he was assassinated.
During the 1920s, he traveled with a professor from the University of Minnesota to the Marquesas Islands where he studied and drew sketches of birds and rare insects and successfully avoided being eaten by cannibals (he purposely stayed too thin for their taste). Just before he turned 77 in 1943, Washburn married Margaret Cowles Ohrt, who became his travel companion and interpreter. He received numerous honors for his works of art and his studies of insects, and Gallaudet University’s Washburn Arts Building was dedicated in his honor in 1969. Washburn’s works can be seen in many museums around the world, and also at the Charles Thompson Memorial Hall, a historic deaf club in St. Paul, Minnesota, that was designed by his friend Olof Hanson (a renowned deaf architect who also attended the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf and Gallaudet College around the same time as Washburn)

Washingtin Post article did not tell much about Deaf History ...
On the B2 page of Washington Post newspaper, Saturday, June 9, 2012 on the "Metro" Section. The Washington Post newspaper did not mention anything much about the history of Deaf people being the part of Calvary Baptist church's 150th Anniversary. http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/dcs-calvary-baptist-church-celebrates-150-years/2012/06/08/gJQAnE4YOV_story.html
Many of you, Deaf/deaf/HOH and Deaf-ally people would see very familiar landmark in the present DC's Chinatown/Gallery Place neighborhood - the reddish church building overseen the main intersection of
Chinatown/Gallery Place - 7th and H Street, Northwest. Although, the Calvary Baptist church is located on
the 8th and H Street half the block from the "Fuddrucker" burger place and across from the "Subway" eatery.
Not many Deaf people within the modern generation past the 1970s, realized that the Calvary Baptist church had the everlasting history of Deaf people being much part of this historic church.
According to the Washington Post and Calvary Baptist church website, Amos Kendall bought the land plot for the new church - the Sixth Street Baptist church to be renamed later as "Calvary Baptist church". Kendall was the former postmaster under Andrew Jackson's presidential administration and bought the large tract of undeveloped land well known as "Kendall Green" for the future site of Kendall School for the Deaf and Gallaudet University (formerly named as "National Deaf-Mutes College" and "Gallaudet College").
The first President of the National Deaf-Mutes College/Gallaudet University, Edward Miner Gallaudet, frequently volunteered to sign-interpret the church services for Deaf church parishioners most of his time resided in Washington, DC. Nobody offered the sign-language interpretation after 1888 as what Francis Higgins wrote in the history of Deaf Calvary Baptist paper. The sign-language interpretation was brought back in 1908 for deaf congregations.
The Calvary Baptist church was most progressive Baptist church from the admittance of African Americans as church members back in 1955 and opposed slavery and embraced concept of multi-ethnic/racial diversity for the church membership throughout decades. Very beautiful historical illustration of Calvary Baptist church lined with street-lined trees on H Street shown with this link unlike the present Chinatown/Gallery Place scenario. http://www.streetsofwashington.com/2010/07/8th-and-h-streets-nw-calvary-baptist.html
Francis Higgins, the former physics professor at Gallaudet College/University, used to be the layman for the deaf church service from the 1940s to 1970s. Higgns played the prominent role within the Calvary Baptist church. He also wrote the history of Calvary Baptist Church for Deaf which the manuscript preserved at the Library of Congress and Gallaudet University Archives -http://www.gallaudet.edu/Library_Deaf_Collections_and_Archives/Collections/Manuscript_Collection/MSS_116.html
The 100th Anniversary of Calvary Baptist Church had also been featured in "Deaf Mosiac" tv programming under Gallaudet University's TV/Film Department - Deaf Mosaic: No. 9 [Videocassette]. (1986). Washington, DC: Gallaudet College.4th FLOOR HV2545 .D44 no.9 (30 min.) Signed and captioned
The presence of Calvary Baptist church is much a reminder of how Deaf/deaf people is part of the downtown DC/Chinatown/Gallery Place/Penn Quarters neighborhood history, ex. the former clubhouse of the deaf on the grounds of the current Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI) headquarter building.
The present Chinatown/Gallery Place neighborhood still draw Deaf people for the entertainment and dining activities nowaday. Numerous federal agencies within this neighborhood have handful of Deaf federal employees visibly seen around the Chinatown/Gallery Place.

the 8th and H Street half the block from the "Fuddrucker" burger place and across from the "Subway" eatery.

Deaf VP/VRS Users Better Watch For FCC's Approval Of Letting Broadwidth Providers Limit Bandwidth
What happened to the Obama administration for opposing the Internet bandwidth providers along with the cable television providers to LIMIT the bandwidth for purpose of excessive profit gains???
What will the Deaf/HOH VP/VRS users do about this FCC's recent decision??? Where is NAD's vigilant fight against this kind of proposal to damper on Deaf VP/VRS users?????????????

Why We Should Not Support NAD
Not me! If the NAD really cares about deaf people in general. NAD should offer the nominal/reduced fees for deaf individuals, ex. unemployed, low-income and elderly to attend the conference. Same thing with the NAD membership, too. I often think about creating the nationwide advocacy organization to compete with the NAD to fight for the rights of Deaf/deaf, etc.
I already eyewitnessed how NAD offer the cheap talks, cheap talks, cheap talks. NAD betrayed the low-income deaf people when came to the 21th Century Communication Access law, they were willing to throw the low-income deaf people over bus by not really fighting for the amendment to provide the low-cost Internet access under the Link-Up/Lifeline program.
NAD took the federal funds designated for providing the legal services for the low-income deaf individuals with legal problems and ended up spending $$$ on legal issues affecting Deaf /deaf Americans. If the U.S. Congress know about how NAD used the federal fundings for another purpose, the NAD could be in real trouble for misuse of federal funds. NAD is really for the elitism, not the whole Deaf American community! Enuff is enuff!
I did offer my availability for volunteer tasks to help out the NAD. Guess what? I never receive any replies from NAD.
How come didn't NAD offer the grassroot deaf advocacy leadership trainings in various regional areas at no cost or reduced fees for low-income and unemployed deaf individuals or elderly deaf people to empower themselves and make real difference with deaf advocacy leadership in their communities?
NAD still do not have its own media relations/media department so far in the 21th Century!
NAD really do not represent the entire Deaf America and just focus on their paid members.
WHY the NAD had to have the meetings every 6 weeks with the Alexander Graham Bell Association of the Deaf (AGBad)? Would any linguisitc/cultural minority bother to have the meeting with the Nazis or oppressor targeting for their demise? I think not!
Yes, NAD is the oldest "civil rights" organization in America. We kinda proud of it! :)

NAD Really Never Emphasize Heavily on Voter Registration Drives
For many decades, the National Association of the Deaf (NAD) really never actively emphasize on the importance of voter registration drives for ALL state associations of the deaf and other deaf organizations on their introductory/main web pages or during their conferences, meetings and special events.
NAD did urge the register to vote back in 2008, but just done it ONCE. Guess what? NAD just posted the very long page - blah, blah, blah, blah about registered to vote. NAD and all state associations of the deaf and deaf organizations NEVER post any BOLD-LETTERED on their introductory web page like "ALREADY REGISTER TO VOTE??" 'IF NOT, REGISTER TO VOTE NOW !!!!!" Look at NAD webpage from 2008 - http://www.nad.org/issues/civil-rights/help-america-vote-act/be-prepared
WHO HAVE TIME TO READ LENGHTY PAGE ABOUT URGE TO REGISTER TO VOTE?? We should get to the POINT why we ought to register to vote...
Some state associations of the deaf like Maryland Association of the Deaf DID urge its own members to register to vote before the given deadline by the state election board in very passive way. Look at the MAD webpage from 2008 - http://mdad.tv/2008/10/why-is-it-important-to-vote/
Arizonia Association of the Deaf (AAD) did urge its own constitutents to register to vote - http://www.azadinc.org/votereg.htm No "DEAF" features to motiviate and mobilize the deaf grassroots to register to vote. Just post the referral web page.
South Carolina Association of the Deaf did urge its own members to register to vote, but it referred members to the general webpage associated with the disabilty group. Look at SCAD webpage and see for yourself! South Carolina Disability Coalition really doing the voter registration drive, not the SCAD. Look at that webpage and see for yourself!
http://www.state.sc.us/dmh/client_affairs/scdvc_brochure.pdf
Just one Deaf organization web page to be found about the voter registration drive- New York Black Deaf Advocates, but but but NO BOLD LETTERINGS to urge members to register to vote. Look at that web page - http://nycbda.weebly.com/nycbda-member-achievements.html
Texas Association of the Deaf (TAD) did have its own voter registration drive at the Texas School for the Deaf's Homecoming event last October 2011 for very first time in TSD history! TSD managed to register about 50 new Deaf voters. *waving hands* http://deaftexas.org/wp/?s=voter+registration+drive&x=27&y=21
You could see HOW PATHETIC we, the Deaf community being very passive about our own citizenry rights to vote and take it for GRANTED!!!
NAD and all state associations of the deaf and deaf organizations MUST insert the permanent ASL video messages to mobilize all their members and non-members within the Deaf/deaf community to register to vote on their webpages by the end of February 2012! Ever NAD and all state associations of the deaf and all deaf organizations must remind all the deaf citizenry to register to vote on frequent basis like twice per month or every week!
NAD and state associations of the deaf and all deaf organizations and clubs MUST bring the sheets of voter registration forms every time for meetings, lectures, special events and other events. Voter registration drives are FREE and EASIER TO DO. We must follow up with every involved individuals to see if they already get their voter registration card or not. DON'T WAIT UNTIL A MONTH BEFORE ANY SPECIAL OR PRIMARY OR GENERAL ELECTION! COMPRENDO??
So we, Deaf America could create the real powerful "political" and economic" and "social" constitutency. We have our Deaf allies, CODAs, family members and hearing activists to join us, Deaf America to turn the tides and shake the system to meet our "Deaf' expectations.
How come the NAD never invite the President of the United States and state governor and mayor of host town to our national conference to give the honorary speech every two years and give the NAD much greater media exposure? We ought to extend our invitation to President Barack Obama and other presidential opponent(s) for the general election.
All deaf organizations and state associations of the deaf OUGHT to invite local and state elected officeholders, ex. mayor, councilperson, school board member, state and federal officials to talk to us, the D/deaf constitutency from time to time to build our political and community relationships!! Of course, many elected officeholders LOVE free foods and drinks. Don't forget to pamper their aides, too!
Look at our own tendency within the Deaf communities to be more reactive when something like the AB 2072 bill in California (2010) and HB 1367 in Indiana (currently happened - 2012) than being proactive to show our real political muscles. JUST REGISTER TO VOTE NOW!! DO IT NOW!! Please follow up with your voter registration in 2 weeks.
Roberta Thoryk did mention about why why we tend to be more reactive than proactive. Michele Westfall replied "Money, money".
Samuel Hawks posted his comment on "Indiana Deaf Education Coaliton" FB Page with his good question asked -
Indiana Deaf Education Coalition
Samuel H. Hawk- Been thinking about HB1367, not the bill itself but the entire chain of events. The legislation is progressing at a rapid speed in spite of loud objections by the Deaf community. This experience is not an exception, witness AB2072. Why would elected officials be willing to alienate an entire group of voters? I can think of only one answer: we're seen as wards rather than citizens.
I rest my case and extend my legs on the ottaman!

Mitt Romney's Father Murdered Deaf Guy
Mitt Romney, the current GOP presidential frontrunner's own father, Michigan governor, George Romney was indirectly responsible for the death of deaf guy during the late 1960s' Detroit race riot(s). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1967_Detroit_riot
Mitt Romney was in the Detroit prep school at that time. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/amex/eyesontheprize/story/13_detroit.html
Governor George Romney mishandled the Detroit race riot all over the place which he repeatedly asked the U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson to send in the federal troops. Johnson refused to do upon the request of Governor George Romney. Johnson strongly disagreed with Governor George Romney why the U.S. Government should send in the federal troops to squelch the widespread race riots all over Detroit. Romney pointed out the U.S. law - the U.S. Insurrection Law of the 1807. Romney's Michigan National Guards failed to contain the riot protesters which the Detroit police department was well-known for their own police brutality. President Johnson finally sent the federal troops after getting Governor George Romney to sign the legal agreement about the Detroit race riot got out of control.
Roy Delco Banks, the 46 years old African American deaf guy walked to the bus from his house. The Michigan National Guard shot him behind the back without any warnings. The National Guard mistakenly thought that Banks was an escaped looter. The neighbors and relatives disputed the claims about Banks ran with another guy from the store which the citywide curfew was imposed til 5:30am. Roy Banks rose at 4am for going to work. Roy and his wife owned the house. Roy Banks got hit in the right groin and died from bullet wounds on Monday, August 15th, 1967 at 4:30pm.
The shooting of Roy Banks led to more inflamed riots all over Detroit area which people were very angry about an innocent man being shot to death. The Detroit race riots continued over days which was recorded as the "second" worst urban riot in the history of the United States of America - real destructive and deadliest - 800 dead and 2,000 buildings destroyed.
The Toledo Blade newspaper from Ohio ran an article on the death of Roy Banks on August 16, 1967 - http://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1350&dat=19670816&id=pAhPAAAAIBAJ&sjid=dwEEAAAAIBAJ&pg=7265,4623689
George Romney and Mitt Romney shared much personal mannerisms which raised questions about how fit for Mitt Romney to be elected as the President of the United States. The past "father -son" political dynasty for leading the country often resulted in disastrous leadership from "John Quincy Adams" to George W. Bush" with their former "president' father, "John Adams" and "George Herbert Walker Bush". George Romney did run for the GOP presidential race in 1968 against Richard M. Nixon, the front runner. Romney ended up doing very bizarre stuff like claiming that he was brainwashed on the issue of 'Vietnam War". From Romney's own saying -
"When I came back from Viet Nam [in November 1965], I'd just had the greatest brainwashing that anybody can get." He then shifted to opposing the war: "I no longer believe that it was necessary for us to get involved in South Vietnam to stop Communist aggression in Southeast Asia." Decrying the "tragic" conflict, he urged "a sound peace in South Vietnam at an early time." Thus Romney disavowed the war and reversed himself from his earlier stated belief that the war was "morally right and necessary".[139]"
Governor George Romney never bothered to revisit Roy Delco Banks' unfortunate incident like assigning the commission to find out who the Michigan National Guard serviceman irresponsibly shot Banks to his slow and painful death. Gov. George Romney never visited the widow of Roy Delco Banks to pay the respect to Roy or provided any monetary compensation.
Roy Delco Banks' educational background and job profession were largely unknown where he attended the school for the deaf or held the job.
In the memory of Roy Delco Banks and his loved ones and friends, we ought to create the permanent honor for this innocent victim undeservedly got shot without any formal warnings. Deaf Americans are much aware of this very common police tactic and practice for them to shoot and ask questions later.
The National Association of the Deaf, Michigan State Association of the Deaf and Detroit deaf organizations ought to establish the permanent monument of Roy Delco Banks, a victim of poorly-planned urban riot control and uncaring public office holders. That will symbolize our greater presence to be safe and protected by any means of law enforcement and military protection.
For raising the question(s) about Mitt Romney's mental/emotional fitness to lead our country within his personal mannerism and leadership style. You could see for yourself how Mitt Romney lost his cool with the reporter at the running time - 2;42. You could see how "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" Mitt Romney could be. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdGUSjd3Tmo&feature=related

40th Anniversary of Brutal Murder of the Teacher of the Deaf Inspired the 1970s Hollywood Film
In the meantime, the 40th anniversary of brutal and senseless murder of the teacher of the deaf, Ms. Roseann Quinn in the Upper West Side on January 1, 1972, still prevails today with the bestseller novel and Hollywood film with the title of "Looking for Mr. Goodbar". Ms. Quinn taught the eight years old deaf kids at the St. Joseph School for the Deaf in Bronx area (New York City). Her body was discovered on January 3, 1973. The New York Daily Times newspaper ran an article about Quinn last January 2011.
The 1970s film with the casting of Diane Keaton and very young Richard Gere which boosted Keaton's film career. Actor Richard Gere did not get the full recognizance until he appeared in the leading role for "Days of Heaven".
The Washington Examiner, a daily free mini-newspaper catered to the commuters of Greater Metropolitian Washington area (DC), did not mention anything "deaf" regarding of the 40th anniversary of "Looking for Mr. Goodbar". http://washingtonexaminer.com/local/crime-punishment/2011/12/crime-history-teachers-slaying-inspiration/2047711
For more information regarding Roseanna Quinn, the victim of "Looking for Mr. Goodbar" - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roseann_Quinn The family of Roseann Quinn also put Roseann on the FB page. Ever someone wrote the poetry about Roseann Quinn.
You could view the classic "bedroom knife" scene with Diane Keaton and Richard Gere via YouTube (Note : Richard Gere character was not the killer in the film or in the real life) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DM--m7H8Jpc&feature=related

Ms. Quinn was a hearing lady with the master degree in teaching the deaf at the St. Joseph School for the Deaf in Bronx area. She got whirled in the 1970s' Sexual Revolution and ended up
dead on the New Year 1973. Many people were very shocked about the alleged "double life" of generous and beloved schoolteacher engaged in abusive sexual relationships with male losers beyond imagination of elementary schoolteachers in general.
